I joined Retail Eyes last week and have just done my very first assignment!
It was brilliant and now I want to do more, can anyone recommend any good ones I could join?

Grassroots is a good one. I have had a few from them. Barclays, which involved 5 visits for £100 and also did one at B&Q.
easy to complete questionnaires too.

There's Grass Roots Mystery Shopping. I signed up some time ago but I've never done anything with them.
They're updating their website at the moment but it will be available on the 20th August.
If you log in to this website (http://www.grgresearch.com/) on or after the 20th you will be directed to the new one.

You're joking surely !!! fastest finger first via the website - the e mails are only when they have jobs left over they can't shift . Fees very low - although reports are mainly tick boxes they are fiddly to do as there are frequest glitches. Ok when you are starting out and the jobs do pad out your work load but they can be a pain. They often ignore e mails when you have problems too. One to either love or hate.

the PC World ones in my area never shift neither do the KFC - these are the two that I get emails almost daily about - as I say never done it as I dont have time

I'm signed up to grass roots but don't look on the website. They ring me up twice a month to see if I'll do the same vodafone one which is miles away and I always turn down. Thinking of un-registering from them. I like retail eyes.

Retail eyes is the best one. Optimum contact send offers of jobs ie for Tesco but I've never got one! Its quite annoying!
I had lots of work with retail eye's when I started but there never seem to be anything of late. The rates of pay are pretty low tbh. I think the best way to look at it is if your in the area is a nice bonus, but the pay and time it takes to complete the surveys make it not worth.

I had two available to me for ages, both in Israel!
Luckily one in my area came yesterday so they redeemed themselves :)

I'm a member of a forum for mystery shoppers, but I don't know if I am allowed to post the link here or not? :help:
It was someone on that site, that told me about this one :D

Hiya Beccles - I know the site you are referring it and it was excellent and extremely helpful when I first set out.
I did a job for gapbuster recently ordered an incorrect topping and they wouldn't pay me - but also I find the rates of pay low.
I've tried them all but the best one for me personally is TNS as they take care of the tax etc before you are paid, whereas other sites expect you to keep accounts etc

I'm with Retail Eyes (bit thin on the ground at the mo, but usually great for meals out and eye tests!), Grassroots, Gapbuster (done loads with them recently) and IMS (www.ukims.co.uk).
IMS have a mixture of MS jobs, but also auditing and merchendising. EG I've done quite a few recently at supermarkets where you check to see if certain beers are stocked at the store, and if the relevant offers are on, take a photo of the display and that's it. Plus, they pay you travel expenses (set amount) and either a standard fee or an amount per hour.
I've had a couple of jobs with Retail Maxim too, which also pays mileage.
I've had quite a few jobs with GFK MS (http://cybershop.gfk.com), some MS ones, but mainly where you 'reveal yourself' as a MS and ask them some questions etc.
All of these pay direct into your bank account, but Retail Eyes will pay you by cheque if you want.
HTH someone :)

I'm not with TNS yet, a friend told me about them a couple of weeks ago but I haven't got myself signed up yet - too many things to think about!!
Only 4 weeks and 2 days till baby is due, and DD was 10 days early so you never know what might happen...so much to do, and I haven't even started thinking of names I like yet:o

whats MSing got to do with tesco ? ;)
I like TNS and Grassroots the best
Don't do so much MSing now as i'm busy with work, but it was good for getting a bit of extra cash when not working :)
The only ones i tend to do these days are supermarkets ;) ,cinema and restaurants :)

If you type in Mystery Shop in Moneysavingexpert.com there is a thread dedicated on it. The first page of the thread mentions the commons ones. The thread is long to read but is good to see what companies are good to work for and which ones aint so good. My sister did this for a couple of months but now no longer does it.
