They're fantastic! You perhaps ought to tell your friend that you made them up yourself, as she might be a bit embarrassed if she thinks you've bought them at huge expense - they look very professional and expensive!

lol she spotted all the nappies under the stairs about 2 weeks ago (and knows about my new points obsession and all my nappy coupons) with me  about what to do with them all I gave her a few packs at the time, lol she will know.

I never even knew these nappy things existed till a few days ago through PTS:)

that basket is the one I got with the coupon you sent me so I have to say thank you again!:D:D

all the stuff in the baby basket (coupon book tucked up at bottom for her)
the johnsons - all bought with points coupons,
dummies and rattles from mum and baby mag (the one with nappy points)
the frames were only a few quid
for the nappies - alsorts of points coupons (loads of points)
the cloth book - used a voucher
and a few other bits and pieces that I paid very little for really:)

lmao at really arty I have trouble drawing a stick man:D.
seriously though I have never been arty farty at all and have never tried to do anything like this before!! I put it on here to give others ideas, let you all have a nose as I know how nosy you all are lol and get opinions as all I could do was criticizes them and look at what I could have done better. I have always been my best critic lol and OH was unable to convince me they were good.
now Im gonna get the "see I told you so" talking to later lol

I have made up some baskets for christmas for the women that i buy for using lots of free h&b,wine, chocs etc at a cost of around £5 per basket(including the basket)and they look really good if i do say so myself but at the weekend i saw a lady at the local car boot selling similar to the ones above with baby stuff for £15-£25 each and they are nowhere near as nice as the above.Well done angel you should definatley be proud.

Angel Dust --- what a beautiful idea!! So creative! I'm sure your friend will be over the moon. They look really professional to me. I wish I had done the cellophane wrap thing on the H&B baskets I made up recently for a charity raffle. It makes them look so much better. Well done and thanks for the idea.

thankyou all for you lovely comments.:)

saw the baby this evening she is so tiny and cute only 2 days old bless
mum and dad loved the presents and were a bit taken back by them, dad took some convincing that I made them myself and kept saying that I was winding them up and that I had bought them :pound: my friend said she didn't want to ever open them lol to which her OH replied "if you think im buying more nappies when you got all them you are sadly mistaken" they had a little :fencing: lol was so funny. they have decided to take photos before they open them to put in the baby album (wow album material).:D:D

Im really pleased they are happy with them they have had a little bit of a tough time recently and it felt really good giving them some special little gifts.

Im chuffed to bits now:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

they are really easy to do. little tip for you i used really tiny hair elastic bands to hold the nappies (managed to get clear ones) they worked out much cheaper than normal elasitics and were much easier to hide;)
