Consumer pulse is a really good shop and scan site, have had about 14 argos vouchers from them in the last 8 months, so well worth it,
It is only by invite though :(
Any one else with them

You can't be recommended for consumer pulse. The only way to get in is by clicking on a banner when they advertise for new members. I'll keep my eyes peeled on MSE as it's normally posted on the freebies board when someone spots a banner

Just a tip, dont ppost all your goodies at the beginning of the month, spread them about every week, i know so many people who have done this and had to say bye bye to consulmer pulse
Also if you have onthing to put in for the week, go on it and tick you have nothing just to get your 500 points
(cant see how no one would have nothing to put in for a week with all the H&B we keep getting lol)

So its not just me! :o
It started last monday when I put in some items id bought for my weekly 500 point shopping bonus. Then on Tuesday I checked the rewards section to order a voucher but the points hadnt been credited .It says 10750 on the main page but a week on it still says 9750 in the rewards section.
I've contacted them twice but nothing. What should I do?

Can I ask when the new week begins for the 500 points. Is it on a Sunday ?
Also , when the amount of shopping for that month's points has been entered, does the next month start on the 1st of the next month? ie, I've entered my total purchases already this month and won't get points for the other stuff I enter. Is my next month start date on the 1st March?
sorry if this makes no sense!!

Not quite sure when the actual week starts, but you do get 500 points on a Monday for your weekly checkout, so I presume the week starts on a Monday.
Once you have entered 20 items for that month you will have reached the maximum and wont get any more points until the first of the next month. So yes your next month will start on the 1st of March. You should still enter everything you buy though for the rest of the month even though you dont get points for them. Accounts have been closed if they think you are only putting in the number of items needed to get the points and not recording your shopping properly ifyswim.
You will still get 500 points each Monday for checking out whether or not you have any shopping to enter.
Hope that helps.

I tried joining this but the links didn't work for me and I never got any answer to my email.

I'm amazed that we already have enough points to claim a voucher.

tiger, have you already entered some items this month? you only get points for the first 20 items per month after that you dont get anything other than the weekly 500 points until the beginning of the next month. It was still 500 points for me last night when I just put one item on. hth

How do I change my personal details?
If you need to change you personal details you need to contact the helpdesk, you can do this by either emailing help@consumerpulse.co.uk, detailing that you need to make a change or you can call our freephone number on 0500 77 44 45. Please note we can only deliver your reward items to the address we have recorded as your home address.

Can I ask if people take their £10 voucher as soon as they reach 10,000 points ?
With some survey / cashback sites I let my points accumulate whilst others I'm more nervous about the long term future of I take the voucher as soon as I meet the required threshold.

I normally wait until I get to around 50,000 points before I order as I tend to find they mount up pretty quickly anyway.

To be honest I cash out everything (survey sites/cashback etc) as soon as I reach the minimum cashout, apart from the couple of sites where you get more vouchers the higher your points are ifyswim. (eg on Lightspeed you can get £25 of Argos vouchers for just slighly over the points cost for 2 separate £10s)
May just be me but always think they are better in hand incase the companies go pearshaped lol. Having said that I dont think we need to worry about Consumerpulse tho, they are part of TNS which is part of the Kantar group (the one that does the post office surveys some of us used to do) so think they will be fine

If you're swapping your Consumer Pulse points for Argos vouchers, they come as gift cards that are good for a couple of years. So if you feel safer redeeming your points right away, you can still wait a while to use the Argos vouchers.
