Not someone I am overly fond of as a singer but as a young man with 2 young children he is in my thoughts tonight. Aparantly the next 48 hours are critical as a result of 3 hours surgery to remove a brain tumor.

About 12 months ago I think, but they thought they had removed all of the tumour. Aparantly it has regrown - poor man.

Read about this yesterday. What an awful thing to happen - just when they thought everything was fine with him. :( :(

Russell appears to be doing well after the op. All good thoughts for a full & speedy recovery.

Just had notification of presale tickets for concerts Russell is doing in June and July - would appear he's made a very good recovery! Nice to have some good news.

Didn't really like him, saw him perform at the Classic Brits and read a few interviews and thought he was arrogant....til I saw him do that reality show where he stepped in at the last minute when Rick Astley dropped out. Changed my opinion completely - what a lovely man.
