Anyone used a Hilton stay to go to the Tut exhibition at the O2?

I'm told that Hilton do packages that include Tut tickets. Any recommendations for a nearby Hilton? Would need a decent family room (2+1) & preferably a hotel with a pool.

Two obvious options:

1. Canary Wharf. Walkable to the Jubilee Line station (or take the Docklands Light Railway one stop) and then 1 stop on the tube.

2. London Bridge / Tower Bridge. 2 minutes walk to London Bridge tube station and then 3 tube stops.

Both of these hotels are brand new and very nice and shiny inside! London Bridge is also next to the London Dungeon if you want to take your kids there, and the Tower of London is five minutes walk. Canary Wharf is better for shopping with 200 stores on site now (albeit in the underground mall so you won't see them at first!) and all open 7 days.

London Bridge guests have free access to the health club opposite which has a big pool. During the week you can often see Ken Livingstone down there as well!

The two hotels are pretty much the same, to be honest, and the total travel time to the O2 is also about the same - the tube journey is 5 minutes quicker from Canary Wharf but the hotel is 5 minutes further from the Jubilee Line than the one at Tower Bridge.

One good thing about Canary Wharf is the wide variety of restaurants etc available - there is a Cafe Rouge and Tootsies on the estate if you're using Deals. Also one of the best Goldsmiths in London in the shopping mall! There is also a good cinema if you want something to do in the evening. These things are all walkable from the hotel with no major roads to cross.
