Ive given up with them. The site runs so slow for me, it takes ages. I also had to e-mail tehm as I never received my last 3 vouchers, they re-sent them & so I eventually got them but they are now stopping re-sending.

So if you dont get them 1st time you loose them :(

I cashed in my points for 3 cd wow vouchers, got them at the beg of dec.

I think someone made a mistake as I used a couple of them, then forgot which Id used so tried them all again & they worked!!

Think I had approx £25 on each one in stead of the £12 which should of been on them. I didnt complain & the kids were really pleased with extra cd's/dvds. Just got £2.99 left on one now.

It takes forever to do their surveys - and when I can be bothered I never qualify for them...cashed out and never been back :)

At least TNS are quick and easy nectar points.

I notice that Touluna have started giving 500 points if you don't qualify for a survey, but considering that 60,000 is worth £10, that's only about 8p (sorry can't be bothered to work it out properly)

The so-called "quick votes" take ages to do, especially now that they've "improved" their web-site :(
I've got enough points for one voucher, but am annoyed that they've now removed Sainsbury's vouchers, as that's the sort I would have liked!

I'd not realised the Sainsbury's vouchers had gone. I recently got £15 worth and it's the only thing that would have made me consider carrying on. There's not much else on there that interests me apart from Halfords and there's a limit to how much I would want to spend there.

I emailed Toluna to ask about the Sainsbury's vouchers and this is the reply I received:

Thank you for your email. I can confirm we do intend to add Sainsbury’s vouchers again soon. They were removed due to an issue with an excess demand of the vouchers towards the Christmas period and the vouchers will be added as soon as we are able to re- order more vouchers.

I went through a load of quick votes a little while ago, just so I could get enough to claim a voucher. It is very boring especially as they take so long to load.

I much prefer the sites that tell you how much you have earned, like Valued Opinions. You get told how much in cash a survey is worth.

It can take up to a couple of weeks for points to be added to your account, they never go on straight away.

How do you get vouchers from Toluna? I have done all those little polls but you only get 15 points and I need 60000 to get a voucher! How else do you get points on here? I have got about 14000 at the mo.

tiger

It takes a long time to get to the 6,000 points. You need to keep checking your emails for the survey because sometimes they get closed very quickly if they have enough people. You get 500 points for attempting a survey and not qualifying as well.

You can claim a £5 Sainsburys voucher when you get to 30,000 points.
I don't like the way that Toluna don't tell you outright how much the points are worth. You have to find out for yourself i.e. 30,000 = £5 so 6,000 is worth £1. Just bear that in mind when they send you a survey for 2,000 or 3,000 points and decide if the time it takes is worth it to you.

I do find them a bit annoying, but have finally got a £12 HMV voucher out of it. It's better now they give you some points for not qualifying when it used to be nothing I never seemed to qualify.

tiger

That's how I feel Eccle. I've started getting the Sainsburys vouchers and surprisingly am now nearly ready to claim another one.

I've now got over 84000 points with Toluna so it does add up eventually. I do agree though, the return for thier surveys isn't as good as some others, but for me at least they are about the most regular ones I get offered.

I am not getting any surveys from toluna in my email. Have I ticked something I shouldnt have? I have looked on the site but I cant see where to sort this out. Does anyone know?

tiger
24th January 2008, 14:42
Have you done all the profile surveys on there? You get 500 points for each and it helps them in sending surveys to you.

I just went and looked and I hadnt completed the 'dashboard'. Thats done no, I did all the interest ones a while ago. We shall see! How often do they send them?

Ravelin
25th January 2008, 10:34
It depends, sometimes I can go for days without getting any. Other times, like yesterday I got 3, of which I qualified for 2. I'd say I can normally do 3-5 Toluna surveys in an average week and most seem to be for around 3000-5000 points at the moment.

No, I have not got any of the surveys so far and I have been checking my junk file. Annoying as it is going to take years at 15 points a pop on the quick polls! I deffo have the box ticked to receive surveys and I have filled out all of the interest surveys.

Totally fed up with Toluna. Got 87% of the way through a survey the other day and then they told me I didn't qualify!.It took me about 20 minutes to do. I've emailed them complaining but haven't heard anything back. I'm not holding my breath.

I actually finished a survey the other day and then it came up with page not available and has not credited me, first survey I've actually got to the end of! Think I'm going to give up on Toluna, I'll never make enough for a voucher!

Converted my points into Sainsbury's coupons and they turned up today, only 2 weeks late so not to long await.
