I don't do one big shop a week, just bits here and there throughout the week. Would that be ok or do they just want you scan one big shop or just everything you buy throughout the week?

Any other tips before I sign up?

No I don't think I'll bother either. After the initial points for downloading and keeping it a month it's only 500 points a month which is only worth 50p so no great loss.

Was a bit miffed if you know what I mean about the survey just received for 1000 points. The first lot of questions was about kids sweets I bought as a 1 off to fill goodie bags . The second part was about drinks and as I neither drink and also can't drive it didn't give the option to optout of the questions as none of the answers were relevent.:nono:

i've never had any trouble when i've done stuff wrong .. But they have emailed me a few times to asked if anyone else lives here.. as the grand kids sometimes stay the weekend.. And they asked if i still had a dog cos i buy sacks of food and forgot to enter one time .. so it went probably 3 months with no dog food entered
So they do monitor you.. Plus you may get short surveys on certain items you buy.. usually for 500 or 1000 points

some upload a few times through the week.. I just upload sundays when i get the reminder.. don't think it makes much difference really.. your scanner is wiped and reset after each upload

I think they want as much info as possible like internet shopping and prezzies and anything you buy for yourself / household. So i guess tobacco comes into that too

but if you are away like i am this weekend then by uploading on friday that means i've uploaded for next sunday.

if you normally upload sunday and you are able to upload as normal then thats fine.. but i know that if i was home christmas day i'd forget to upload.

Instead of the usual 1100 points you will receive 3300 points for each week that you transmit your barcodes over the Christmas period.

The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 19th December to Sunday January 1st.

This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 26th December and Monday 2nd January will be trebled
