Hi

Try http://www.cashback-rewards.co.uk/index.asp?page=retailer_details&option=shopping&p3=6330 - this is the direct link to Amazon (definately not a referral link for me!!).

Currently paying 4.5%, which has recently been increased from 4%.

The cashback will be paid the month after the purchase.

thanks for posting...it seems you do need ?25 in account before they will refund your cashback.

Pretty sure you can do Amazon via Mutual Points as well.
