Just wondered if anyone else if having problems checking their points totals?

Everytime I go into my account, it shows the last two days , and the rest is blank.

Wanted to check if it was just me, before I contact them.

mine is fine but im ready to give up on tham to be honest. im never eligable for the surveys and i think they might do it on purpose to delay how quickly you can get vouchers.

Im mega peeved just checked my balance and they have taken 10,000 points off me and I cannot find where to contact them to ask why!

Try going to the test products page, it has a contact us button on it. I always use this and they reply in a couple of days.HTH

I posted just yesterday saying was chuffed with toluna as had to update all my surveys at 500 points each with 2000 point bonus.
I hadn't realised they had changed test & vote so not been on for a while.
Ordered a sainsburys voucher which I think is a new one.

My mum had requested a Sainsburys vouchers and it took a couple of months to come. It came from France so maybe thats why its extra slow.

I ordered 2 Sainsburys vouchers before christmas and its showing as expected date of delivery 12th Feb. Still waiting. Im not going to complete any more surveys until they arrive, (if they arrive) just to make sure I'm not wasting my time.

My Sainsburys vouchers took a long time to arrive. I've ordered several now and they all turned up eventually.

I cashed in 120k points on 6th March in exchange for two lots of Halfords vouchers. They arrived from France yesterday (in two seperate envelopes) so that's about 3 weeks from ordering to receipt, not too bad really.

Then again, I'm not so sure I'll bother doing any more surveys for them. I'll swear I don't get points credited for all of those I complete, and they often take so long to be credited that it's almost impossible to keep track of what has and hasn't been credited. They do however send out lots of invitations, which is why I managed to get so many points. I'm just not convinced that the effort is worth the reward.

None of these survey sites seem to be particularily quick. I received my Halfords vouchers from Toluna in around 3 weeks. I've now been waiting a couple of weeks for Argos vouchers from Valued Opinions & a CD from iPoints.

It's probably why I like Lightspeed Panel so much, do a survey and you get credited with the points immediately rather than having to wait weeks for them to turn up. Convert those points into Paypal credit and it's in your Paypal account in a few days. You can literally do a survey and have the payment in well under a week, much quicker than anywhere else I've used.

I use ipsos as well. I ordered a voucher on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday! WOW!!
