Homemade burgers? Mince, finely chopped onions and a clove of garlic, white breadcrumbs, little pinch of chilli and cumin, salt and pepper and an egg. Mix it up - in the fridge for an hour. I love these fried then finished off in the oven wrapped in a tortilla with some cheese and a couple of pickled chillis!

Please could someone tell me how to make meat balls? Ok, so I roll the mince into wee balls - do I then fry them or ........?
Has anyone tried the Meatballs and spagetti M&S ready meal? I'm not normally a fan of ready meals but OMG - it's delicious!!! YUM

I use turkey mince to make meatballs. I add about 6 ozs of breadcrumbs to it.It's really tasty and will stand it. Also add herbs and chopped onion according to your taste or if in a hurry add part stuffing mix and part breadcrumbs. Add a little salt and pepper if you wish.
I fry them or if I have the oven on for something else put them on a baking tray but they cook really quickly so you have to watch they don't get overdone. I did that one day but they were fine after I left them in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
