I have permanent dark circles underneath my eyes, can anyone reccomend a a good concealer?
I need a yellow-based one rather than a pink-based one.
Hope someone can help :o

the Rimmel one is supposed to sell at the rate of one every 30 seconds - have used it in the past but it was a bit "thick" for my needs
I have a Revlon Highlights for Eyes which I only use occasionally but it fab - basically reflects the light away so cant see the circles - comes in about 5 shades

I do not wear heavy make-up so would be best to avoid a thick one.
Is the revlon one a light consistency?

it is - you get a little wand with it - this was a freebie for me as there was a voucher for it in the Metro paper - wouldnt ahv ebought it otherwise - also you could buy one of their other Highlights concealers - they are bigger packs and cheaper

Boots are offering 500 points on Revlon at the moment
however some Tesco's have Revlon as well so you could grab some H&B
try a small dab first

I did use touche eclat a few years ago, although it did nothing for me! The dark circles must be bad as I know that lots of people successfully use it.

The is a consealer by 'Benefit' called 'Boi-ing' that you can pick up either in high street stores (I got mine from Beales) or even on Ebay which works really well. I also have very dark circles under my eyes no matter how much I sleep and this stuff is really good - as a bloke and not wearing any additonal face make up this stuff is really good and you cant tell I'm wearing it - I definately recommend it. If you want you can even get a really light powder to just dab on top and it doesnt mix funny. I was always really concious of my bags and then one day decided to just do something about it.
here is a link with people reviews on it:

and a link for some going on ebay (I have the 02 concealer):

I used to be a manger for Virgin (thats how i'm hooked on their make up!) and once did a party for some gay men. They knew more about which eye shadows would blend together than i did!

You think that it cant be seen, but us Girlies think that we dint look like we hae got any make up on, we are just beautiful anyway.

I use Estee Lauder, Ideal Light, Brush on Illuminator, I find it fab, the best one I have ever used.

if u dot the rimmel and blend it with a damp make up sponge it's effective without the heavyness and pretty cheap too :)

If you tilt your head down, then look up without moving your head to look in the mirror when you are applying it you can see your dark circles better too. The Virgin one is best applyed over the top of your foundation too as it contains light reflecting bits. HTH X
