Hi Girls (Hummer get out of this part of the forum its girls only! lol) :p

I need a good moistrizer but that needs to be ok for my forehead (very dry and ocassionaly flaky) but the chin tends towards greasy rather than dry or normal. The rest of the face i would say is normal!

I was using the Nivea Q10 moisturisers (night and day) but they are too greasy for the chin area and can give me the occasional spots.

I read about the Boots no 7 Day sorbet, but had anyone tried it or can recommend anything else suitable??

I dont mind spending upto £20 for a good day moisturizer

Thank u in advance X

you could always try two moisturizers for each "zone"

or one for combination skin - amusing L'Oreal hydralift at the minute - only because it was on special in Tesco - but it seems good for me

hi i have been using liz earle products for about 1 year and all i can say is they are fab and all made with natural ingredients i'm she does a moisturiser for you skin but the best product is called cleanse and polish [it is like a cream when you apply it] you then run the muslin cloth under hot water and wipe off it removes all traces of make-up and is for every skin combination you then use the instant boost tonic [smells divine] and then the moisturiser my skin has never looked better i think there is a special on for all 3 at the moment about £32.00 have a look at the web site www.lizearle.com hope this helps:)

I find that clarins multi-action day/night lotion works well for me. I personally would not use a cream (instead of lotion) as I think it would be too heavy/greasy for my skin.

I usually save at least £10 by buying off ebay.

I'm still on the clinique free pots from last year that I got from some kind of promotion, and I really like them. They're perfume free, but very good.

I have cobination skin and my SIL suggested the Clinique 3 step (http://www.clinique.co.za/mini/3step.tmpl?ngextredir=1) routine - it really works, but me being me, I only do all 3 parts every so often. The Dramatically Different Moisterizer is really good though. See if they'll give you a free sample at your local department store.

Can't remember which thread it was on, but rainy was recommending a plain aqueous cream not long ago, and avoiding use of expensive creams as they would eventually make the problem worse.
