....and you always do the same numbers....do you check the numbers the next day?!

I forgot my ticket last night, and I always do the same numbers. Just took a deep breath, checked the numbers - and its OK, I wouldnt have won!!

What a relief!

I would always forget . . so. instead . .

I have just one set of numbers, and subscribe by Direct Debit on-line to the National Lottery . . .

Every month I pay my £4 or £5 (Saturdays only), and if I win, The Lottery send me an email with details - or I can check my account on-line . .

That way I never need worry about losing a paper ticket!!

We've done the same 3 lines from the start and I know them off by heart. On the very odd occasion when I've forgotten to put them on I breathe a sigh of relief when each number comes out that I don't have.

I do a syndicate for work and do it online for 3 weeks at a time. You can print off the page showing the numbers and the dates it's valid for, so I pin it to the wall and everyone knows when it's due. (It's also proof that I did put it on and haven't kept their money!). Then when it runs out, they send you an email to remind you, and if you win they also email you.

We always do the same numbers on a Saturday.
On Wednesdays DH checks the numbers and if ours haven't come up he says we've won £2. :der:

I wish we'd never started doing the same numbers each week ,now I don't want to stop or change (just in case) The first wednesday lottery I didn't do it and DH phoned from the rigs told me to put on saturdays numbers and guess what I got 4 numbers and £70 and I've been hooked ever since ,only ever had a few £10's but we live in hope .Mind you it would be such a worry wondering what to do with a large amount of winnings .A few £100's or even £1000's would be nice ,
