Toluna vouchers - delivery times

Anyone know how long these take to arrive, I requested £10 Sainsbury's vouchers back in the middle of May - thanks in advance - nearly ready to claim another £10 from them now !

Ive been waiting about the same time - I contacted them and they said they were waiting for an order which was due to be received the first week in Julty and then they would be sent out. I havent received them yet, will give them a couple more days and then contact them again if theyve not arrived.

Waited over a month for Halfords vouchers from Toluna. They post them from France !

I ordered an HMV voucher on 25 May,expected delivery time 3-4 weeks, emailed them last week and they replied that there was a delay in getting vouchers and it would be middle of July now before i get it! Really annoyed with them.

Yes, they are emailed to you, but so are HMV vouchers, and sorry,it doesn't make any difference. You still end up waiting forever and a day!

The last amazon one I ordered was on 7 May. No delivery date showed. I emailed at least 5 times with no reply from toluna. Finally it said estimated 16 July. I'm still waiting. Not very impressed.

yeah, it took ages to get my voucher too, was a bit miffed - if it was a postal voucher I could maybe understand but why it takes so long for an e-voucher is beyond me! Ah well, tis better than getting nowt!

That they never reply to. Put up a poll on toluna saying how rubbish they are at sending out evouchers and they get moving and it suddenly arrives with the explanation it must have been blocked by your spam filter.

My Sainsbury's voucher arrived today. I emailed them last week and told them as I had been waiting so long for payment that I would do no more surveys for them till I was paid. So that worked hehe:D

I only waited 10 days for my sainsburys voucher which arrived this morning, very wet, and currently drying on the rad, you must have put a rocket up them.

You were lucky, I ordered end of Feb and I am still waiting. I did email and they said they were out of stock. I will chase again.
