I've been emailing these guys for ages about 30000 points used to buy an amazon voucher back in May. Eventually had a date for delivery of July but still hasn't shown up. They are consistant with their emails - they don't bother to reply. Did suggest they recredited my account but a big fat nothing from toluna. Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply.

have to agree, toluna are rubbish when it comes to paying out. in November last year I converted 60000 points to ipoints. they still hadnt been credited in January and by that time ipoints were no longer part of the reward scheme. I emailed and emailed but didnt get a reply. In desperation I posted a 'mrs angry' post on their forum and 2 days later had a reply that they were recrediting the points to my account. Then I ordered amazon vouchers in January. guess what - still not had them, but like yourself was told delivery would be in July.think its time to post on toluna's forum again:D

I wrote to them last week, asking where my Sainsburys vouchers was (ordered it at the beginning of July).

Had a reply on Tuesday - and the voucher arrived this morning!

An excellent idea. Just done it. This is the subject header 'Do Toluna pay out on their points or do they just deduct them and not give the e-vouchers?'

Check the spam filter regularly but it never went there.

I ordered a £10 amazon voucher on 7th July and received it on 18th August! Given that it is an e-voucher, you would have thought it'd be alot quicker. Consumer pulse & coke zone are the quickest so far.

i have been a member of toluna for years, i cant remember the name it used to go by. i have only redeemed once, through the old company and never had any problems. just remember they will take any points that are older than 2 years away from you.

I've just finished all my sponsored polls and am on 36000, need to get to 60000 to redeem for something. Is Toluna a good earner or do people just redeem there points and not go back?

for me it seems it takes me ages to get enough for an award. i have had one and currently on about 48000 points. i still do the surveys etc etc, but i do find its not as well paid as other sites i use.

I don't think it's as good as it used to be. Beginning of year there were £5 vouchers for 30000 points and seemed to have more surveys too.

and the vouchers are so slow to arrive too .....
it's not the best survey site but some of the full surveys are quite interesting - had a few "click where your eye is draw to on this street scene" - good fun !!

My sainsburys voucher came today so will probably shop there this week and it took just over 10 weeks to arrive.
