My lawnmower has just packed up, so am in need of a new one. I only have a tiny back garden, but it is very much in need of cutting.

Can anyone recommend a cheap lawnmower please?

You could ask your local Freecycle...I have one you could have if you were closer....often there are some just floating around...:)

Free is always cheap !..:)

Freecycle is something I've never ever got round to joining, and its probably a bit cheeky to join then ask for something straight away!

you could join them and start by offering your lawnmower up as in need of repair or suitable for spares

....a lawnmower is a much more reasonable request than the usual

cars....
laptops...
game players...
jewelry, watches ...
...........That I usually get...:)...there are some silly requests...
..a lawnmower is a perfectly reasonable one....no harm in asking !

We need a new one and am thinking about ordering one from direct if I can get a 1000 points code to work on my account. The lawnmower I have seen is ?70, but 1000 points would make it more bearable to buy.

That one looks extremely similar to the one I have thats just bust (although it is years old!!).

Was wondering about a hover mower, as really do have a postage stamp sized lawn. Anyone have one, are they ok?

I hated the hover thing we had, but I have a big garden that needs cutting, plus its all bumpy.
