I've done a pizza sort of thing, roll it out bung on either pesto tom puree or both, left over cheese anything else hanging around mushrooms ham peppers chuck on some herbs and bake. Serve with salad or homemade wedges or both easy peasy.

Caramelised onion and goats cheese (or feta) tart - roll out, score a shallow line around the edge (couple of cms from the edge), fill the inside with onions cooked very slowly on a low heat so they go beautifully sweet, cumble some goats cheese on, bake for about 15-20 mins or until it looks cooked!

Apple puffs (windfalls) jam puffs, cheese and onion puffs well any sort of puffs:D
Make an extra large stew then the next night put a lid on with puff pastry, you've made a pie!

Leek puffs are good and very easy. Cut the pastry into square. Mix leeks and cheese sauce and put a bit in each pastry sqaure. Fold into triangles and bake in the oven. they are lovely with baked potatoes.
