Jackpotjoy free £5 bonus in post

Hi,

Got a letter from Jackpotjoy giving me a code to claim a free £5 to play on any games on their site.

Has anyone else had this today and when they claimed the code on the website how long did it take for the money to be banked in your account on the site??

I got it too, banked it this morning. Thought I'd have a quick game of bingo with it :icon_biggrin: Window showed a message saying congratulations, you've won £5 but didn't update my account. Then noticed on the back of the letter it said it would be credited within 48 hours.

I noticed I've had them twice as well. I checked out quick at about 2am incase they realised and took them back lol

Well, 48 hours have more than passed since I input the code for my £5, and no sign of it!

There's a freephone customer service number on the site, will ring them tomorrow if it's still not appeared.

jackpot joy won't even let me deposit
they don't seem to mind me withdrawing though ;)

Rang them, was told promotional bonus money is usually awarded within 2 working days....did point out that this is a different thing to 48 hours!! They reckon it should appear by tomorrow latest.

Had to contact them by email to tell them i still had not received my bonus in my account and funny enough the £5 appeared.

Lost it all but no worries..

Had a text today saying my £5 had been credited, does anyone know how many times you have to play it through before withdrawing? I haven't won anything large but been playing with it for ages and still on roughly the same amount so was wondering whether to try to withdraw if I got it up to £10.
