Quick Scan by TNS

I do Quick Scan TNS basically you need to scan all your shopping every week and send your reciepts to them in a pre paid envelope. You scan your shopping via a free phone telephone number and get paid in vouchers an amount around £130.00 per year. This consists of £5.00 for sending the details and 75p for sending receipts. I also get extras for surveys and a bonus of £7 at xmas and £40 a year so it all adds up nicely.

They are also letting me text them when I buy snacks this earns me £1 a week and then 20p per snack text up to the value of £5 again all free just a little bit of your time.

Now they are looking for volunteers at www.volunteer4panels.com they will keep your details and require a good balance of different areas so theres no guarentee but may be worth a try. They will let you know when a vacancy comes up.

Just a quickie only send receipts that you dont need Ie if you buy a pressie or Cd/Dvd I keep the receipt and dont send it in.

Why would they want to know what you spend your money on? Plus how would they know if you didnt scan everything you had bought? Do they check your bank account too? Just curious!

They want to know as they work as an advice for the companies ie Loreal sold 2000 of their Eyeliners every second on an advert and at the bottom it will say information provided by TNS. They also do the Product of the Year surveys and help the big companies find out what does and doesnt sell.

No they dont check bank accounts so yes you can lie. If thats what you want to I sometimes forget the dog food or the nappies or the Beer, but its only cause I forget.

I've applied. The bit I worry about is sending your receipts in. I tend to get a bit attached to my receipts and hang onto them for a while. Mind you this was more so in the Tesco days when I used to love looking at the points total and the ammount of MOCs that I'd used

Dont worry you can do these by phone they never take long usually just check to see if you have any changes to your household details. Only take about 5 mins if that. Sometimes you get a longer survey but again these can be done by post. Ive been with them for over 4 years and earn over £120 per year with this year 2009 I predict £250.00 so great for Xmas saving.

Thanks for this, I just joined. I'm not too keen on sending them receipts though as they sometimes have payment details on them so I'll have to remember to black that info out before sending them.

LOL I did this to for a while, only send what u want in. Im just hoping with the ways things are ie Credit Crunch (I hate that word). People will be able to earn a little extra when times are hard.
