I registered with Foxy on 17th November but have never had my points, is there anything I can do?:(

this is the respomse to my enquiry i deposited £10
Thank you for your email. I have looked into this for you and I am afraid that the account has notqualified for points and this information comes from a report sent by themerchant There is a minimum wagering requirement and this could be the reason thatyou have not qualified. If this is not the case, may I ask you to send any screenshots of yourbetting account that prove the deposit was made and that the wageringrequirement was met and that you used your Ipoints email address whensigning up and we can look into these points further for you.

This happened to me and I have just had my points credited.

Assuming you havent already, log on to foxy, go in to your account details and then go into transactions. I copied the page that showed me depositing the £10.

I then sent that to Ipoints via their enquiry link and had my points credited within about three days.
