On sunday i told my dd1 to make sure she put the barbie dvd back in box b4 it got lost. Low and behold she didn't and i've searched everywhere. It's not due back till sunday but i've no idea where it could be.

i am so angry with her as she's been told about putting things away and doesn't. I even found her digital camera left in middle of bathrrom floor.

Anyway that aside has anyone any ideas of how much it will cost to replace?

They don't chase up losses with the online one as often as they have to go via the post so they allow for that. Not sure if they'll have the same policy instore to write off losses so easily. We lost a video ages ago, and we were going to have to pay £50 for it had we not found it, but that was back in the day when Blockbuster would get the video before you could buy it, so it hadn't been released, was to discourage people from stealing the films before they were released to the public.

I'd just keep looking, rather than have to possibly pay.

my dd also lost a dvd from blockbuster, went in to explain and they charged me £2.00 for a lost item, if it's not a new dvd i would just go explain as they are priced up accordingly, we did find the dvd about a week later under the dvd player
