My local cinema is showing Bolt, and also Bolt 3D-DS want to see the 3D version. To watch the 3D version,do you have to wear special glasses, and will they be provided at the cinema?
Thanks.

yes. At ours they are big plastic elton john affairs that you put back in the buckets on your way out. Same as 3D shows in Disney etc :)

My son had to pay an extra £2 to see it in 3D - to cover the costs for the 3d glasses you could take home afterwards.

We took the kids to see Bolt 3D after school yesterday - it is absolutely fantastic, thank goodness I have children as an excuse to go and see it lol! Yes, the glasses (a la Elton John) are provided by the cinema.

OH saw a recent 3D horror movie.
Price was hiked up to £8.50 , which included the 3D glasses.

Go see it Giz, there were loads of people without kids when we went to see it. We'd have gone to see it without our girls (our first date was toy story 2!) I really wanted to see it in 3D, but it would have been too long for our girls to sit with the glasses on, they kept taking them off during the Disney shows.

Wow! I've never seen a 3D film before, and it was weird but great. It did seem expensive, but I've never been to that cinema before, so I don't know how much it normally costs (paid 25 Euro for me and two kids!) Fortunately the glasses were even OK for me to wear with my normal glasses - there'd be no point me trying to watch a film without my specs.
