Can someone please check there account, have just checked mine and it is showing as zero, there was over 4000 points in it this morning.
Hoping its just a website problem

There's a lot of this going on at the moment - - there was even a mention of it on BBC's Watchdog the other week
They've probably been stolen by an Internet hacker or a 'pointbot'
Just keep an eye on Ebay to see if anyone starts selling them . . . and, just in case they are spotted, you might be asked to attend a Police Line-up, and asked to identify your ipoints from any others the thief may have stashed away

is it not coz theyve sent the mailings out?? mine zeroed last week and i received them in the post yesterday

Think you are talking about tesco club card points. To the best of my knowledge. ipoints are not sent out in the post.

Apparently any duplicate points have been removed - quote below from ipoints
Thank you for your email.
Due to a recent technical problem, duplicates of previously earned ipoints have been credited to your account. These erroneous transactions are now reversed and the correct balances restored. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
I agree I've had duplicate amounts posted but I didnt think it was 6000 ipoints worth but I may be wrong.

This happened to me too but I had spent the ipoints so they took the balance that was left in my account. I dont know if they will keep deducting my ipoints until I have paid back the full amount or not, it wasn't a great amount anyway so not worried.

they have removed all my ipoints even though over 500 are legit points, raised an query

There is defo something fishy about the site. Just tryed to order some voucher and it keeps asking me for pasword even though I`ve put it in lots of times. It is imposible to order anything. i hope they woun`t finish , i only just started with them!
