Ok maybe a strange question but ....
When measuring curtain drop is the header included?
For example the ones I have seen are drop of 54" with a 3 " header, so is this 54" or 57"? i need a length of 55" and not sure if to risk it or not.
Item number 220357733995 in ebay....
what do you all think shall I risk it???

I'm not 100% sure but i think the header would be included, i've never known it not to be. Hopefully someone will come along to confirm it for you.

When I make curtains the measurement I use is the full face of material, so the top hem to bottom hem.

When I make curtains, (I hardly ever buy them TBH - ) I'm able to take into account the distance between the centre of the Rufflette tape and the top edge of the curtain . . because this can vary of course . .
So - - don't you need to know this distance on the curtains that you're buying (?) - - because surely this will have a very real bearing on whether they will fit your window, or not??
