Anybody got, used or had any experience with these? Want to buy a couple for my nieces, but they are quite pricey and don't want to waste my money if they are no good.
Thanks in advance for any advice that can be offered.

Are these trunki's?
Dragons den rejected them and the inventor went on to make a fortune.
Have seen kids use them at the airport. Look great - but only for kids up to about 7 years I would say. The idea is they are a suitcase that they can sit on when tired or be pulled along by parents.
I think they are expensive unless they will be well used.

Cheeky  I don't wear that much make up !!!!
But my shoes won't fit in there, so I'm better off without I suppose....
Mind you, I could use it as a handbag when we are clubbing.....dancing round it :o

I also asked this same question before and the answer yes definately get them one as long as they are under about 6 years old - they are amazing especially if your flight is delayed as our was both ways and it was a true godsend - hope they enjoy them!!

I've bought one for when we go away (not for me but for ds). Very sturdy but I had to get dh to open it cos I couldn't! :o
It actually says with all the gumph that comes with it that it conforms to overhead locker requirements. A nice touch is that it comes with a little passport for baby/kiddy - makes them feel like they are part of the holiday, after all, you wouldn't want to let them loose on their real passport would you!

Remember quidco for 10% (better than nothing!)
DD is now 104cm and can still use her one fine (her 3rd holiday with it and it is still in perfect condition) although her legs are a bit long for sitting on it but they are perfect for her pushing it along herself now.
What I love about them is that they fit perfectly under the seat in front so you can stash all their toys/treats etc within easy reach and means you don't have to keep on going up to the overhead locker all the time.
They are really good for hanging around the airports as they can play on them when bored. Also for the in between age when they no longer are in their buggy but find it too much to walk the huge distances required in places like LHR.
Only thing I would say is to be careful when 'cornering' when pulling them...especially if you little when is not concentrating as they can, ahem, fall off the back :o

I would definately recommend these. My dd's have them and i filled them with toys/distractions for the airport n flight.
Word of warning though, do not let dh sit on them on a long slope at Palma airport cos they WILL break, casuing u to almost miss ur flight due to laughing hysterically at his collapse n scream then consoling the dh who now has a broken trunki...or at least thats what happened to us....

my ds has one, we got it for last year's holiday so we didn't have to take the pushchair just for the long distance you some times have to walk in LHR.
he loves it and wants to take it on the next holiday but it was a bit of a pain. it only goes in a straight line so if you need to dodge people/suitcases ect then the child has to get off or if you can coordinate with each other get little one to jump up quick and change direction! ds used it last year when he was just turned 3 and he really has to pull his legs up to keep them off the floor-don't think he'll keep them up this year.
also the dragons didn't like the clasp on them sayig they were flimsy. they have supposedly been changed , but when i pull ds you can see they want to break.
if they fitted a pull out back rest to stop them falling off the back and a leg rest to keep feet off the floor then it would be worth the cost, but i do think it was an expensive piece of plastic -even though it's cute!!

Thanks for everybody's comments. Have decided that i'm going to bite the bullett and buy them. They are for 3 year old twin girls, that are fortunate enough to be going on 3 plane journeys this year. Having read all your comments plus the reviews on amazon think it will be money well spent. Thanks once again Ilp
