hiya
My CC has been charged twice, called CS and they said the manager of the store would call me tomorrow.
I also sent a substitution item back and have not been refunded.
Has this happened to anyone else and is there a policy that this relates to?

I would be very annoyed if this happened to me as you might only have a small amount of credit on your card and this could have taken you to your limit and not been able to purchase anything else.
You should definately receive something as a matter of goodwill. Good luck x

Called them again today, store called me back and have refunded but no "goodwill gesture".
Do you thinks its worth an email to CS?

I would definately contact CS and I would probably say that I therefore didn't have enough money in my card account to buy ????? I was palnning to purchase - let us know how you get on, good luck x
