Next spring sale...

Does anyone know when the spring sale is, and what is usually in it?

We're currently decorating our living room and most of the stuff has been bought from Next. Once the wallpaper is up we'll be ordering furniture and all the last bits, but I'd hate to buy it all for it to go in the sale at the end of the month. If things like that don't usually go in the sale til the summer, then I'm not fussed and would rather buy them now. But if they go in the sale this month, I'd rather hang on.

If you look on ebay i am sure there is a manufacturer that does the next furniture at less than they sell it for. sorry I cant be more specific. Get yourself a next catalogue and do a search for the furniture range name.

Thanks, thought it was usually the dregs of the winter sale with a few spring bits in, but wasn't sure.

people are saying they've got their VIP slots on MSE.
I logged on and tried but no joy despite getting a slot last time round :-(
some of my friends get a slot each time but the sale people just say it's "random" and that my friends are very lucky :-(

mmm, I have a theory....I always used to get a slot but haven't had one since I started using Quidco for my orders. The Next/Quidco connection is very clever, if you go through Quidco you can't input a free delivery promotion code (so what I usually do now is go through Quidco and get it delivered free to collect in store) but I do wonder if its anything to do with using Quidco that I don't get a VIP slot anymore :confused:

I got a slot. Weird timings tho' my slot is 09.00 to 23.30 on Friday :confused:
