Ipoints seemed to stop giving my points for shoping. I boutght stuff from John lewis & paddy power , all together about 7000 points missing. I keep submiting query, but all they send me in return that the partners report to us in 80-90 days. Guess what, they are over 100 days old purchases. Is anyone having the same or is it just my bad luck.

Think you may have a cookie prob, as ipoints tracks ok for me. Did not think John Lewis was on there anymore so that may be why you are still waiting. Paddy power def paid out for my oh.

I have done 2 shops with John Lewis in the last month, neither tracking yet. They are still on there at 2 points per £ spend, if they are not paying out anymore they should be removed

Am more concerned about the Intercasino points tho

I have to wait for some things, but if I'm asked to send them evidence it is always settled quickly. I'm currently waiting for a big casino one, but as is every other person on here lol.
I clear my cookies before I go through too if I remember I have been on the site before or if I think there is a possibility I may have been on there.

I've been having to chase my rewards recently but they've all been added - even my disputed credit card ones and 300 for a goodwill jesture. This year I've had £50 sainsburys vouchers and I've got about £30 to cash but have started to use Quidco more - will try the tesco £5 next week.

I've not had an email this year but DS1 has loads.

Thanks for that. I am glad you are all getting yours. I have been sending my screen prints , but I just get the automated emails.
I do all my shoping on quidco usually, but they don`t have JL so used Ipoints, but slightly regret it now.

I have stopped using them, they are way too stingy
