I've submitted loads of queries.

go to help and straight to Not Found the Answer You Were Looking For?

on description of query - just pick any - i usually pick a general query then ask my question even if its not related in the Other Comments section. Then press confirm. You always get a reply off Maxi?? then on Monday ipoints should answer your query. They will answer it but they dont always solve the problem.

hope that works

Just want to say Hi I'm a newbie - but have browsed for ages :o)

Try entering the date as (for example) 13/12/2008. I know I had problems when I just entered 13/02/08. I think it is also best on Firefox - I have AOL and just can't get it to work with their browser and sometimes I struggle with Explorer as well.

The subject doesn't really matter I have found and they always answer and have found them them to be very helpful even honouring points when they haven't had confirmation from the bingo partners, Good Luck!

That seems to have worked - thanks Nettie. Not sure why it won't submit on the other queries as the form is exactly the same
