Good idea. I fell off the list and then I reapplied and I got a reply email to say the next lot will know wether they have been accepted by mid February

When will you hear from us again?
We aim to contact all applicants by Monday 15th February to let you know whether you have been selected to join the panel, so keep an eye on your email around this date!

OMG that is sooooo weird, just found the email from before Christmas to answer the OP and then I got the acceptance email as well :clap2:

I have been doing this for a while. Trialed a lot of baby stuff including changing mat, Deoderant, kitchen knives, toilet cleaner. Easy to do.

I was beginning to think they'd booted me but I got my first invite this afternoon for the first time in several weeks. Not something I use though but at least I'm still in.
The best thing I've had is a couple of shirts, but I've had air fresheners, rolls of foil, deodorants, toilet cleaner and cat food. They've all been things I'd be happy to buy and use.

I've had laundry products, bubble bath, kids' vests, mainly low value items.

I also had loo roll once and they sent me green scouring pads by mistake. Strangely they weren't as absorbant or soft as my usual brand of loo roll!

I've been with them for years and have had loads of stuff, mainly baby, laundry and cleaning stuff. Have had some towels, kids' pants and jeans too. Was offered Halloween costumes, tights and bras (T value :eyebrows:) but wasn't quick enough to be accepted for those. :D

I hadn't been invited for ages so tried to rejoin and today got an email saying that I was unsuccessful as "the information held on your Clubcard does not fit the criteria set on the panellist selection system and on this occasion your application will not be taken further"

ironically since my application above my other email address which I thought had gone dormant, hence the new application, has had a few invites with the same clubcard !

I was on a while ago as well, but not had anything from them for a while. Not a lot of exciting stuff - toilet cleaner, make-up removal wipes and swimming costumes for DD2 (at least they came in useful).
The problem I found was that there was often very little difference between the items and I struggled to fill in the questionnaire because of the similarity.

I found that as well - esp with the plasic boxes and the roll on deodarant - a real struggle trying to come up with something to say

I've had a few, mostly cheapie stuff - baby bath, tissues, plastic cutlery, dishwasher tabs, nail polish, washing liquid, swimming costumes - got balm tissues coming soon, just had despatch email.

Not bad really, been a member about 18 months (I think)

My son works 9 hours a week at tescos on a temporary contract. Just got an offer of a school uniform trial. First question to see if i am eligable was do you or anyone in your family work for tescos so i said yes-then it says survey is completed!!

Does that mean i cant be on the home panels if he works in tescos?

Signed up this recently. It asked for clubcard number that is used the most in your household. I use my tesco credit card for all Tesco purchases. However unable to enter this number as only 16 digits.
Fully expect to not be accepted as the Tesco clubcard number I entered would show virtually no purchases.
Anyone else have this problem?

I signed up recently too. Although it said 18 digits, it seemed to accept my credit card number ok, didn't come back with an error message or whatever x

I had this problem too so I put 2 zeros in front of the credit card number and then it seemed ok - waiting to see what happens and if I get accepted in March. Good luck to you.

doubt that will work... clubbcard numbers are menna start with 63400... call up clubcard, its free and they might be able to help. 0800591688 i think.

Not on mine - maybe because old card as have been with Tesco credit card for years- due a new card this summer.

Thanks to you both for replies. I got another email too yesterday saying the Restoring Night cream will be despatched end of the week. So now I don't know whether I'm getting that or the Perfecting Day cream?? Might get both of them - that should really make a difference then eh? LOL

Well did not see much differnce after using the cream except my face is a bit softer.

Had an email to trial hamster food - They said as I had put down that I had pets would I lide to trial hamster food -not got a hamster only a cat. Obviously they do not look at all the details we give them then?

The last one I did was to compare and contrast two baby lotions - one seemed to be quite clearly the leading brand, the one we all know. The other could have been a cheap supermarket pretend version, vile smell and texture

Very surprised they let you know it's a Value / Basics product as surely a lot of people will perceive it as inferior simply by being told it's a cheaper product.

After I explained that it wasn't done on purpose they said they would reinstate me which they have done. I had no idea that they had removed me as I never had an e-mail.
