Toluna - delay in vouchers?

Does anyone here that does Toluna know how long it takes for a voucher to come through? I have been waiting 3 weeks for my £15 love to shop voucher. I'm praying that it will come, I've invested quite a bit of time and effort in this :rolleyes:

they are terribly slow, I think last time I had one it took about 4 weeks.

yes, Toluna are notorious for the delay in sending out rewards vouchers. I have been with them for over 3 years and have never had them in less than 2 months :( they do turn up eventually though

I'm still waiting for a Debenhams voucher which I ordered in Feb '10.

If you go into your account - and click on your rewards, it sometime shows if it has or when it is due to be sent.

i have always got them eventually but they take absolutly weeks and months

Often takes 8 weeks for the HMV e-vouchers. Always find that a bit odd as all they have to do is email you!

i am waiting for one says delivery on 29/3 still waiting for them now been 9 weeks since i ordered them

Seems a bit much! Oh well at least they appear trustworthy. I do find them fairly easy to amass points, and as long as I will definitely get the voucher (in the end) I will start doing the surveys again. Thanks all for your replies, will rep where I can x

Once I get it, I'm done with Toluna - can't be bothered with all this hassle. :(

Remember you can also pick up smaller amounts of points quite quickly by doing the little polls on the Toluna website. Can be a useful way to boost things if you're close to the total you need for a voucher.

Me too. I did email them and they said that they have now sent out all vouchers claimed by 23rd January and they don't currently have anymore vouchers at present as they are waiting for a delivery. They do always come in the end though!

same here waiting on one due on 29 March. I don't bother taking much notice of the due date anymore because they never turn up on time.
