I have had my dual fuel switch declined by npower, this £120 sweetener was the main reason i switched.
Has anyone been payed/ declined lately.?
I have emailed Quidco but expect an unsatisfactory responce, when this is received i shall contact npower customer services.

I contacted quidco over a M & S order - gave them the order no and they automatically put the money on my account and said they would be contacting M & S directly to chase it up.

surely that should be the same with npower - your customer number will give them all the information they need.

Good luck

I've received my n power payment as has my mum, nan & uncle. They are all due to be paid this month. Definately put in an enquiry but make sure you have all the correct information when you submit it. If it's a new account call N power for the correct customer ref no as the one on the initial letter they send you is just a ref not an account no. Good luck - hope you get it. lrb

Hiya

I had mine declined first time round
The earnings enquiry asks you for a ref that you should find on your initial letters
I gave them that , but it got declined again , saying they could not trace from that ref , and asked for my house address and post code , and bingo , came back with a verification ( this only a few days ago so up to date "news")

Keep working on it , you should get there

Finally 6 months later i have the following after lots of emails back and forth and being refused twice

We are pleased to inform you that your enquiry has been successful.

This transaction will appear as validated in your Quidco account until the payment is received by Quidco. On receipt of payment from the merchant the transaction status will update to received and will be paid in the payment run at the end of that month.

Looks like i am getting my npower money.:)
Its nearly time to look at changing again.
