I am SO cross/frustrated...

Signed up for a mystery shopping company and required to read training notes and answer 20 questions as a test.

It keeps telling me I have answered 1 question incorrectly :mad: and I just know that I HAVEN'T! I've been through it all again and again - I've read the training notes FOUR times now and I know that I'm answering all of the questions correctly.

I have just wasted over an hour on it and double checked every single answer. There is definitely nothing wrong .. I would bet my HOUSE on it!

Are the questions straight forward or are they designed to catch you out? Are they using double negatives or asking for the opposite to what you would expect? But Dollys right have a cuppa and chill for a while.
