Cashback tracking at £0.0

I've just takn out a Hastings Car Insurance Policy and it's tracked at £0.0. Can anyone explain what;s happened and do I need to do anything?

there is a lot of transactions on quidco that track 0.00 and usually change to the right amount closer the pay out times but keep an eye as some dont

and be warned Hastings direct take about 5-6 months to pay out..

Most of the car insurance companys do take 5 months or so. btw Swinton is fab at the moment £40 back via quidco, £40 back from Swinton directly so £80 cash back...
