When watching the weather reports recently made me think that apart from the weather that they occasionally get right they are really there as moral boosters if they say an area is to be rainy and overcast the next sentence but it it will be much better later followed by a smile!

I love it when you get your 'local' report, them when they return to the national weather they tell you something completely different - maybe it's just to give us a choice - or maybe it's so you don't get put off visiting some place outside your area lol.

As to being moral boosters - one of our local north-west weather presenters always looks like she should be out clubbing:)

Is that the one with the fantastic haircut (really suits, has changed her completely) or the one whose clothes always seem a size or two too small/short?

grumpy old men were talking about the weather yest, i'd never really thought about it before
why do they start the forcast with how it WAS this morning? :)

The too small/short one - clothes wise that is. When they say and now over to Eno, I can't wait to see what she's wearing - whatever it is, it is always entertaining:)
