Hi,
I applied for this on 22nd Oct and got my card/ used it last week, but still not tracked. I have raised a ticket hoping to get my £45.
Has anyone else had issues getting cashback from MNBA?
Cheers

you have to make a purchase with your new card, as when you raise a ticket, quidco ask you for the purchase amount.
I made a £15 purchase, waited a day to see if tracked (did not) and then raised ticket
Heres hoping I will get it in the end

I'm thinking of doing this as the £45 would come in handy!!
Can you literally make a purchase, pay it, and once its tracked cancel the account? Whats the track timescale with this one does anyone know?
Im not too worried re applying for credit and it effecting my rating as I dont need to apply for mortgage credit for a good 3 years.

You don't need to make a purchase. The cashback was for applying for it. I got asked for the amount and had a bit of a rant about it on MSE as I pointed out there was no amount and I had provided my name, address and dob which is what the initial query asked for. The MSE Quidco representative apologised and said she had passed my complaint on to the manager of the person concerned.

as per quidco 'useful info' relating to the cashback when you search MBNA:
Useful things to know.
To receive your cashback you must activate your card (use it) within 3 months of your application being accepted.

"for an auto-accepted online application"
Nothing there to say you need to spend on it

Mine tracked 'naturally' today after about 6 weeks but at the wrong lower rate of £8 instead of £45. I have a screen print of the transaction at the time showing it had been approved at 16.9% apr so don't know why it displays the lower rate applicable for deals not automatically approved online.
Seems Quidco had a technical problem preventing tracking on time. I had put in a missing transaction enquiry which has now been closed so have replaced it by a wrong amount missing £37 enquiry. Anyone else got problems of this sort ?

I put in a ticket when mine did not track and they validated the £45 for me but not gone to received yet.
