This is just to satisfy my own curosity and to find out what is the most popular:When first logging in where is the place on this site you first go to ???
For me it's Grab a Glitch. Please don't accuse me of being a spy or something daft. It really is for fun.

I almost exclusively use the 'new posts' button and catch up with all the recent activity.

Me too for the new posts button. I didn't know about it for months and months when I first came on, and when I found out about it it was a revelation!

Always 'new posts' then grab a glitch, just to make sure that I haven't missed anything.

New posts.

Although I'm glad I'm not the only one who took ages to find it (about 3 years) !

Before I discovered it I used to click on each forum I was interested in individually :o

It took me for ever and I obviously missed many interesting posts!

Generally Bagabargain, then Glitch, then General to see what people have won, then work down through Loyalty Schemes, Quidco, Freebies, then the Tesco threads, then Newposts to see what I've missed. And then repeat New posts from time to time.

But sometimes go straight to, for instance, the price check thresd to see if others vouchers are in.

Whereas in the past, it was first to the coupon thread.

always new posts, but only after about 2 years of being on here - didnt realise it was there until I read a post from someone :o

I often go to User CP first as it updates me on any threads I have posted on (or subscribed to) and those are the ones I am often most interested in.

I didn't like to admit this but I have been a member for several years and did not realise this New Post existed. So I have been trawling through everything. Still better late than never.

User cp, then New posts....

SuzyWoo
11th April 2011, 19:32
It depends, if we've had loads of reported posts (I get an e-mail for these) then I go straight to those to sort those dirty spammers out (usually spammers!) Otherwise, like Mamzie, User CP, then New Posts.

New Posts each and every time, and has been from day one. No I'm not a know it all, but the friend that recommended the site to me obviously liked me enough to share the tip!

My confession is that until recently I never knew when you rep'd someone or donated that if you didn't put your name then they didn't know it was from you - silly me.

myajane

New posts for me too, but not straight away either, until Dolly told me :D

And who else, when it says can only search every 30 seconds, sits there clicking till the 30 seconds is up?

holliemon
11th April 2011, 20:41
yep I think we all do that - usually counting down the seconds to see if you get to the same number as the computer does .. sad ...... but happy

holliemon
11th April 2011, 20:44
With the new site if you click on your name you can see who has been on your page ...

baconbap
11th April 2011, 20:46
What I hate, is when you click on new posts, a pm comes up, you cancel it to read later and you lose the new posts and have to wait 30 seconds.

Mamzie
11th April 2011, 21:03
the back up arrow on your browser is your friend in cases like that :)
