Don't they use the ones just past their sell-by date for the ready-roasted?

Eugh! Hope you feel alright in the morning :D

So what if they do? As long as they're before their use-by date, what is the problem?

I've often wondered what people do with these bought in a morning to eat in the evening:

Keep them warm all day?

Chill them, and serve cold?

Chill them and re-heat?
