We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

Although the administrators and moderators of PaidToShop (PTS) will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of PaidToShop, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of VBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are/contain obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, profanities or otherwise volatile of any laws.

The owners of PaidToShop reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

1. Administrators/Moderators decisions are final. Ultimately, Administrators/Moderators have complete discretion over what is and is not acceptable on the site.
Public discussions of moderator’s decisions are not permitted on the site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to a moderator decision, please take it up in private with a member of the site administration team.

2. Rules Infraction Policy:
In order to enforce forum rules PTS reserve the right to take reasonable action without warning.
As a general rule, sanctions against members breaking forum rules may take the form of a private warning; a public warning; a temporary ban; or a permanent ban – depending upon the severity of the breach and at the sole discretion of the Site’s Administrators & Moderators.

Along with the above points, the following penalties will also be applied :-

  • 1 Point - 10% of reputation points will be deducted

  • 2 Points - 20% of reputation points will be deducted

  • 3 Points - 30% of reputation points will be deducted

  • 4 Points - 40% of reputation points will be deducted

  • 5 Points - 50% of reputation points will be deducted & a temporary account suspension (normally 2 weeks), This may be longer depending on severity of infraction or while the Admin's/Mod's investigate the infraction further.

  • 6 points Banned

Administrators/Moderators of PaidToShop reserves he right to ban anyone at anytime for undisclosed reason's. There shall be no public discussions regarding the banning and if it becomes evident that this person creates a secondary PaidToShop account (which is against the forum rules) or posts on another members account then that will also result in a direct and immediate permanent ban.

If you have been sanctioned:

a. Do not start arguments regarding the sanction. Actions of this nature may result in a more severe sanction being imposed.
b. If you are unclear about the reasons for a warning against you or the reasons for any ban, ask a administrator/moderator for further details.
c. If you feel you have been banned unfairly, you may appeal the decision by sending a message to the Site Administrators.

3. PaidToShop accepts no responsibility for and loss, damage or other detrimental effect suffered by any person as a result of that person following the advice or a suggestion given by any member of this Site

4.  User accounts.

i) Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.

ii) Accounts that have not been accessed for 365 days (1 year) will be deleted. If you have a grievance with the Site or any of the forum members, please email the Site Admin.

5. All members must be treated in a respectful and adult manner. All members should respect and adhere to the promotion of harmony within the community. Do not attempt to disrupt the community in any way


a) Insults, personal comments, abuse, harassment, profanities and threats will not be tolerated: This applies equally to messages posted on the forums, reputation comments left for others and messages sent privately between members - either via the Site’s Private Messaging (PM) system or by email. Whilst we encourage debate between members and constructive criticism to help another member is usually acceptable, getting ‘personal’ is not acceptable. Be nice to each other and respect the decisions of the administrators and moderators ("Admin's" and "Mod's"). If you have a problem with another member, please refrain from retaliating and refer the matter to a Mod or Admin via PM. In the event of a serious breach of this rule (to be judged at the sole discretion of the Admin's and Mod's) the offending member may be banned from further participation in the forums. Furthermore, depending on the content of any abusive messages sent either privately or posted on the forums, we reserve the right to treat such as an un-authorized intrusion to the Site’s server and to report such to the relevant authorities for investigation in accordance with the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990 and its extension of 2000 (and any further or future amendment or addition thereto). We also reserve the right to start any other legal proceedings against such offending member at any time and without any further Cease & Desist notifications, and/ or (as appropriate) to inform any other relevant authority in this or any other country (depending on the origin of the offending member) for further investigations.
b.) No Offensive Material Please do not post messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, contain profanities and/or otherwise violate of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, posted images, photos and avatars & comments left in reputations. Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.
Please note that this is a PG-13 rated site and therefore is meant to suitable for all ages, including under 13s with parental guidance/permission.

6. No "Trolling". Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.

7. No "Spamming". Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site with the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count or "install" count.

8. No "Bumping" (Your threads/posts): Please do not repeatedly bump your threads to try and get attention. Most members of the site are not online 24 hours a day and so will not see your post the instant it is made. Do not bump a thread within 24 hours, and not more than twice a week. Swaps threads must not be more than every 7 days.

9. No Trading: This site is not a market place.
No posting messages anywhere on this site that are primarily for the promotion or advertising of any website, forums, email address, business, MLM, activity, or other entities that you have an affiliation with (i.e. no self-promotion). Members are allowed to create a swaps thread for swapping coupons but asking for or offering money, gift vouchers, stamps or any other form of payment is not permitted.

10. Signatures: You can set up a signature to appear at the end of every post you make via the User CP tab. You may not add a link in your signature to other site’s.

11.Reputation of this Site: Any posts that are made to damage the reputation of this Site or any of its members will result in sanctions against the offending member.

12. Piracy & Hacking: No posts shall be made containing instructional information or promoting piracy, hacking, or any other activity deemed illegal by law.
