Thread: Tetrapak recycling

    Thumbs up Tetrapak recycling

Click on the map to find oout your local Tetrapak recycling location:

Our council doesn't recycle Tetrapaks so I was really pleased to find this map. My local co-op has a recycling bin that I never knew about. Brilliant!

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is tetrapak and what type of products is it on?? I've had a read of the website and it says cartons, is this things like orange juice cartons?

Is there a symbol on products which identifies it as Tetrapak?

Any info would be greatly received as there is one which is at my local Tesco which is already where I take my plastic bottles (as they aren't collected by our LA).

Yep that right. Also long life milk, custard etc in cartons, it usually says tetrapak or tetrabrik on the bottom of the carton. I use soya milk and that is in a tetrapak. Always hated putting them in the bin, but our council doesnt recycle them, so really pleased to find a recycling place not too far away.
