    Default Royal Mail Surveys - hints, tips and discussion

    New thread for Royal Mail surveys;

    Some hints thanks to dune;

    A few tips if you're just starting these

    When you receive a mailing write the time and date on the envelope/packet and hold onto it for 2 weeks just in case you have to resolve any issues. Then shred.. no sending back anymore

    Keep an eye on the list of test items that might not have an r number and may look like junk mail.. These are easy to miss

    Item that have to be posted at the post office .. try and pick a local one with an external post box so no queuing

    if you have to put a reminder on when /where to post ...try and not write it on pen on the envelope ...........use one of those post it type labels

    remember and put the correct R label on piece of paper inside envelope you have to post

    if possible keep a diary of what / where you posted

    and also what / when you recieved items

    ( i usually keep my sent paper work & recieved envelopes for 2 weeks but had a few queries lately regarding items posted / recieved a month ago )

    if you log in to your account // weekly posting plan schedule it should tell you which smart goes in what envelope

    make sure you have put the correct smart in coresponds with R number sticker & address on envelope
