    i think it is good to ask for advice via forums as many will have family / friends with the condition but but like every other illness incl diabetes, eplilepsy, coeliac .people are told different things from their dr and also pharmacy the ones who should know all the info

    Diabetes UK do they not have a helpline i know my neice has a diabetic nurse she can call anytime for reassurance

    i can call my diabetic nurse anytime she is very understanding and know because i am new to all this that i might ask questions which my seam silly to others but nag at me was worried about going on holiday especially the traveling but she has reassured me and i am happy going on hols now.

    I really feel for you because when your hair is not right it can drag you down a bit
