    lol im late too
    was going to say when our garage flooded a few years back we were able to claim on the insurance, this was due to an unusual amount of heavy rain, it had never happened before and never since

    joanie how did you get on out of couriousity

    I read the title and thought oh, no - someone's got the same problem as we had So, we're all at it!

    It turned out to be a leaking hot water pipe under the kitchen floor. So what the first track and trace person told us was a load of old baloney! The track and trace came out again after the insurance told us to get a plumber out to see what he thought. We had to do this as the insurance told us it was up to us to dis-prove what the first track and trace person said! They send track and trace again and he did the repair which we had to pay for which was about 60.

    All seems such a long time ago now....

    thanks for that glad it didnt cost you too much, guess thats what the world has come to when you have to dis-prove what the people in the know tell you
