looks to me like they missed the boat, and so get desperate for an item. maybe there are some who sit on the collections for 5 years+

Worthwhile if you can keep for 6 months. At the moment there is a flood of tumblers on ebay so best prices at 200 BIN. Unless of course you are getting them considerably under 170 RRP if not then not enough in it for resale immediately after fees, postage etc.

Brilliant news, prices are going back to where they were in early Jan.

Just seen on HUKD - Kwik-E-Mart is on sale with Rakuten (144 with 15% discount code, can get 3.5% cb too with TCB or Quidco)

TCB tracked at 6.00 so cost me 138. I'm pretty happy with that

Someone posted on here last week they sold a tumbler on ebay for 260.

I think Smyths have some limited stock left and trying to shift fast but keeping to one per person rule?
Lego uk store show similar patterns of sale when nearing the end of all stock, comes back in stock, then goes out of stock.
Its definitely officially retired, check out Tumbler on Lego UK.
I don't understand why anyone can sell at 200, unless there was a deal around last year for 150 otherwise there is no profit margin on original RRP.
