Default Buyer says item not as described

Sold one of those Now TV boxes with a 2 month cinema pass to someone recently.

Had an email this morning saying that it only came with 1 month instead of the advertised 2 months.

The box I sold before that hasn't had any complaints (so far).

The photo I took of the box says 2 months on it although never opened it to double check, assuming that was possible.

No idea if the buyer is trying it on or there was something wrong along the line i.e. wrong voucher in box.

    What would you do?

The voucher is confusing as it says month. Tell them to activate it and it will show them!

I can do better than that, I had one complain it doesn't come with all the TV channels for free.

It also states 2 months on the blurb on the right hand side of the voucher once you open it up.

How do you check the NowTV vouchers before selling?
