Thread: Monarch holiday booked with Tesco points!

    Just had an email from Tescos: We're sorry you have not been able to use your vouchers. Your refunded points will be added to your Clubcard account and sent as vouchers in your next statement.

    Hopefully will be able to find a way to spend them (not sure whether they will revert to the previous expiry date).

    Since my last post ATOL have said that anyone who used a credit card to book a package holiday direct with monarch cannot be paid out by ATOL but must claim the amount paid by credit card from their CC company.

    So I rang Tesco Credit card and they told me to send an email to claim but confirmed I can only claim the amount charged to the credit card. I then rang clubcard again and they agreed to recredit my clubcard account and like Chippy I have received an email confirming this.

    Now I must get on with putting in the credit card claim.

    It is all very confusing.
