Default What's the problem with Quidco?

I'm starting to wonder if there is something seriously wrong as I've got transactions from August that are still only showing as tracked and nothing I've bought recently is showing up. Everything is a complete mess but they are saying its all e-bay thats at fault. I'm owed about £40 but haven't had a payment marked as paid in months. Anyone know what is going on?

Although they pay out twice a month. I get the feeling they hold onto money twice as long as other cashback sites
I bought a phone through mobiles.co.uk and my OH bought the same phone on the same day via topcashback.. My transaction is still tracked and my OH paid out 3 months ago

Yeah I am really starting to think about picking a different site. Something feels off right now.

Me too Gillian and I have been with quidco for about 5 years now. I opened a lottery account in october and that has just been declined and cant appeal as over 7 weeks since done it which is bit naughty I feel. Also AA cover declined and twice on appeal and they said alternative cashback site or something had paid out for it which isn't true...

This was the same for me - since early November. I had quite a bit stacked up and was getting a bit twitchy. So I contacted them to ask why my payment had not been made and they e-mailed back to say it would be made in the next run - and sure enough it was paid mid Jan. I am wondering if they are letting payments ride and only transfer monies received if they are chased. If so, this is somewhat worrying as all received funds should be paid across fortnightly, subject to minimum payment level having been reached (and mine is set pretty low).

So does anyone know of a different site to start using at least until they get their act together - just in case they dont?
